for Delivery

• Delivery Fees: $10 (per location/order)
  Surcharge of $3 to Sentosa Island
• Free Delivery within Singapore Island when you spend a minimum of $350 (after all discounts)
• Self Collection available at Pari Dedap Walk, Tanamera Crest
  Sunday: 130pm – 330pm

Our Delivery Process – Within Singapore Island

1. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order.
2. The delivery time will take approximately 5 Working Days.
3. Our delivery day and time slots available are as indicated, please ensure your availability before you select your preferred delivery slot.
4. Do note that our delivery partner has only 5 minutes of waiting time. There will be an additional SGD 15 surcharge for those who miss the delivery slot and also for rescheduled delivery.

5. We do not deliver to:
• Airport Cargo Road
• Airport Zone
• ALPS Ave
• Camps
• Immigration Checkpoints
• Construction Sites
• Jurong Island
• Jurong Port
• Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
• PSA Port
• SATS, Aerospaces
• Shipyard
• Supply Bases
6. Xin Bird’s Nest reserves the right to change the existing shipping rates without prior notice.

For International Orders

1. For international orders, there will be some additional freight charges incurred. Please contact us to arrange for payment and shipping.
2. For international orders, buyers are advised to clarify and confirm your local customs and its Import’s Regulations. XIN. Bird’s Nest shall not be liable for any charges or violation of the Import’s Regulations.
